Arlows beaded weld-on end AlMgSi0.5

Made from aluminium AlMgSi0.5 (precision machined). The pronounced bead locks the silicone hose and clamp in place, even under high boost. 30 mm length. Weld to the tube, then fit hose and clamp. Diameter is selected in the variant. Laser etched Arlows logo.
Why this end piece?
BEAD
Integrated bead as stop. The hose does not creep under the clamp. Tested up to 4 bar boost, no leaks.

Fitment
Match the diameter to the tube and hose. Deburr the ends. Weld to the aluminium tube. Then slide on the silicone hose and tighten with a clamp. The bead prevents slipping under pressure and vibration.
