The weight reduction resulting from this connection is a brilliant side effect. The steel of the PX Pro Extreme chain wheel is made of high quality C45 carbon steel with fully CNC-milled holes, recess, stud holes, while the aluminium side has been processed with laser cutting processes. The PX Pro Extreme sprocket is designed so that the aluminium rests on the steel and is connected by highly resistant aluminium riveting pins.The milling and the thickness of the PX Pro Extreme sprocket wheels were designed to maintain the lowest weight and provide the least resistance.
